Fix: Photoshop stuck on the Hand Tool/Icon

Recently while using PhotoShop CS3, I could not make any changes, the PhotoShop wouldn’t display anything but the “hand� icon. No matter what tool I selected, I would always have the hand icon and not getting the tool I wanted.
To be honest, the fix is nothing spectacular, hit the space bar and it goes away.
